About the Discovery Meetings
Sustainability/ESG - what does that mean for your business?
Today every single business, SME, and/or multinational is already or will be confronted with a fundamental business paradigm shift that is taking place in the coming years to come.
It will be your challenge, testing your ability to stay in business if you do not address matters while you still can. Yes, indeed your business is at future@risk if you do not address the following challenges@risk:
Your Supply/Value Chain@risk?
Potential Market Share/Product Loss and Revenue Loss@risk?
Profitability/Cash Flow/Profit/EBITDA@risk?
Lack of access to Investment Funding@risk?
Better Business, Better Tomorrow
Other Challenges that Needs to Be Addressed
Clarity on where to start from - what is your current footprint, what are the biggest opportunities and where should you invest?
Do you lack a clear strategy and practical implementation plan to progress towards your net-zero goal and are you unsure as to how to demonstrate that you have reached this target?
Are you having trouble finding the right partners to implement changes cost-effectively?
Do you feel you have little or limited knowledge - or tools - to monitor progress toward your defined goals?

The aim is to equip you with what you need to take things forward.
Tell me about the leadership and innovation components
We believe that leaders hold the key to sustainable business transformation through a combination of leadership and innovation. That means we need to help leaders get ready for the challenges ahead through a personal voyage of discovery, psychological assessment, and exposure to innovation tools – while at the same time, helping them to learn about sustainable business strategy and to develop their own plans. We will explore the potential for the ACE© model (Altruism, Compassion, and Empathy) to help bring about a sea change in mindsets and approaches. The leadership component will enable powerful engagement with stakeholders and help you to lead that critical transformation.
